Claranet’s capabilities and size in Europe have increased as a result of recent firm acquisitions.
Claranet, a managed service provider, recently revealed three new acquisitions as part of its renewed expansion into Europe.
The three companies that have joined Claranet are:
The Pictime Group in France
The business pulls in approximately €27 million in yearly sales, 300 clients, and more than 250 staff members.
With more than 1000 employees overall, Claranet France is now the Group’s largest country team.
AddOn AG and AddOn Schweiz AG in Germany and Switzerland.
With a focus on Microsoft, SAP, AWS, and cloud services, the AddOn team offers a variety of expertise in four business areas: strategy, consulting, managed services, and training. AddOn was founded in 1995.
This comes after Claranet purchased SAP consulting firm KHETO last year, and it indicates a rise in customer demand for SAP transformation projects to aid in their migration from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA.
Additionally, AddOn provides a variety of Microsoft and cybersecurity services, which will hasten Claranet’s entry into these sectors in Germany and Switzerland.
Italian – Flowing. A full-stack software development and UX/UI design firm with expertise in the planning, execution, and maintenance of technical solutions on AWS, Flowing offers several services.
The business offers software development, web development, mobile development, user experience, cloud architectures, DevOps, business strategy, coaching, and Internet of Things services with about 40 people.
The team will immediately boost yearly sales from €6 million to roughly €10 million and is an important addition for Claranet’s early expansion in Italy.
Charles Nasser, the founder and CEO of Claranet, commented
“For our customers, these additions in France, Germany, and Italy are good examples of how we are continuously looking to grow and improve our portfolio across the Group.”
